This is an all-levels practice.

Step onto the mat in a welcoming, men-only environment. This all-levels class proves that yoga has no boundaries, regardless of experience or flexibility. With modifications and variations offered for every pose, you can work at your own pace while building strength, flexibility, and balance. Beyond the physical benefits of this practice, you will discover the mental benefits of yoga, like stress relief, improved focus, and mental clarity.

If you are in sports, yoga will enhance your game and help to keep yourself free from injury. If you are not into sports, yoga will improve your health and mobility.

Props Mat, Block(s), Yoga Strap, optional Towel, and Water in a non-spill proof bottle.
