This is an All-Levels Practice, Beginner Friendly. It is a combination of both Slow Flow and Yin Practices.
Slow flow is a meditative, vinyasa-style yoga practice that emphasizes a slower, more intentional pace. Unlike faster, more strenuous vinyasa or power yoga classes, slow flow focuses on breath awareness, mindful movement, and longer holds in each pose. This creates a powerful mind-body connection, allowing you to deepen your practice and enhance your overall well-being.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that targets the body's deep connective tissues, such as the ligaments, fascia, and joints. Unlike more active ("yang") yoga practices that focus on strengthening muscles, yin yoga uses passive, long-held poses to gently increase circulation and improve flexibility. It is rooted in Taoist principles and traditional Chinese medicine and offers both physical and mental benefits.
